Grilled Tofu Bowl
High-protein grilled tofu bowl served with rice, greens, and a soy dressing.
Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup cooked rice
- Steamed vegetables
Instructions
- Marinate tofu with soy sauce and olive oil for 15 minutes.
- Grill tofu until golden brown.
- Serve over rice with steamed vegetables and soy drizzle.
