Grilled Tofu Bowl

High-protein grilled tofu bowl served with rice, greens, and a soy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 200g firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • Steamed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Marinate tofu with soy sauce and olive oil for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill tofu until golden brown.
  3. Serve over rice with steamed vegetables and soy drizzle.
