Masala Pasta
Spicy and tangy Indian-style pasta with rich masala flavors.
Ingredients
200g pasta (penne or fusilli)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, pureed
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili flakes
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Instructions
Boil pasta until al dente and drain.
Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent.
Add tomato puree, spices, and cook 5 minutes.
Mix in pasta and bell peppers, toss well, and serve hot.
