Masala Pasta

Spicy and tangy Indian-style pasta with rich masala flavors.

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, pureed
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Add tomato puree, spices, and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Mix in pasta and bell peppers, toss well, and serve hot.
