Quinoa Salad
A refreshing quinoa salad packed with herbs, veggies, and tangy dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook quinoa and let it cool.
- Chop cucumber and tomatoes.
- Mix everything and drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season and toss gently.
