Quinoa Salad

A refreshing quinoa salad packed with herbs, veggies, and tangy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa and let it cool.
  2. Chop cucumber and tomatoes.
  3. Mix everything and drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Season and toss gently.
